SCREENING
After receiving pre-approval for recruiting from the Department of Foreign Labor (DOFE), screening eligible applicants through the required paperwork and early processing assists in determining the candidate's nature and capacity to work.

INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES 
We choose candidates who pass the pre-screening and pre-interview for a final interview on a specific day. The final interview will be conducted by a representative of the employer/business, or a recruiting officer from our organization.

MEDICAL
Around the world, changing climatic and geographical factors necessitate ongoing health attention. Selected individuals are subjected to a thorough medical examination at government-approved laboratories, hospitals, and medical institutes. Following clearance, inoculation is administered. 

VISA 
Each successful candidate must complete their orientation classes after receiving an Employment Visa from the Employer/Embassy to be eligible for final clearance from the Department of Foreign Employment (DofE), Nepal. The applicants are instructed about their job responsibilities, work environment, labor legislation, and culture of their departure nation during the classes. We move to the DofE for final approval of the candidate when the orientation sessions are completed. Depending on the nation, the process may vary.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT AND DEPLOYMENT
We make travel arrangements for candidates and send the essential information to our clients, such as date of travel and airline details, so that the client may supply us with the visa message, which aids in the applicants' smooth trip.
