Power of Attorney
The principal will execute a power of attorney granting us the legal permission to supply Nepalese labor, including the fulfillment of all essential processes relating to trade-related passports, embassy visas, medical examinations, and so on. The Nepalese embassy in the nation of employment must certify the power of attorney, which must then be authorized by the Chamber of Commerce/Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Consular Letter
The principal has issued a Power of Attorney on behalf of the representatives of the Consulate General of the Embassy of Nepal stating that we have been appointed as their recruitment agents and are authorized to handle all visa matters, receipt, and delivery. Along with specifying, among other things, the visa number and date of issue with the designated embassy.
Visa Advice
The Visa Advice, suitably endorsed and attested as specified above, should be sent to the concerned Embassy, with a photocopy that must be forwarded to APEX HR Consultancy for presentation to the concerned Embassy.
Demand Letter
Directors formally issue demands in favor of our company. It clearly states the category of work, the number of workers required, the monthly salary in foreign currency, the length of the contract, and other amenities for field workers. Things like food, health care, and housing are usually provided free of charge or paid for. This request must be officially approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Nepalese embassy in the country where you work.
Visa Processing Steps
- Selection: A constantly updated data bank with processed information about employees is kept on hand for quick consideration: professionals, skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor. Trade exams and interviews are done regularly to assess grades, qualifications, certificates, licenses, training, and experience, among other things. - Execution of Contract: On receipt of proper authorization from the valued employer, we will arrange for the execution of the contract between the employer and the workers on behalf of the employer.
- Endorsement of VISA\NOC: On receipt of a verified Power of Attorney from the employer / Principal, we shall make arrangements to get a Visa / NOC from the respective embassy as soon as feasible.
- Government Clearance: The Visa / NOC we get is used to acquire immigration clearance for the expatriate from the relevant authorities as soon as possible.
- Ticketing: If the principal does not offer Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA), Our Company will book tickets for the expatriates through its linked/recognized travel agents.

If the employer selects the workers, this replacement is not relevant. As a result, we provide no technological guarantees.
